The picture shows a 757-01 battery, and the item listed in the ad is for a 757-01 battery. I don't see what all the confusion is about.
It's definitely a good idea to pick up a spare battery, as these drain pretty quickly. You don't want to waste time waiting around for the battery to charge. I use this battery in my Dremel MultiPro 7.2V Model 770.

We use our Dremel a ton and had found the original battery was not holding a charge. We bought it about 2 years ago. My husband uses it for his hobby and I use it for trimming dog nails and I have four dogs. We were disappointed that the original one did not last longer but hopefully this one will last even longer.

What can I say? This fits the Dremel I use to sand my dogs' nails. My old battery died and they don't sell replacements at Home Depot or Lowe's (go figure?) so I ordered one from Amazon. It works just fine.
